TRAMA:
Il racconto di un esilio geografico e sentimentale, tra Hong Kong e Buenos Aires, con la celebre canzone dei Turtles chiamata a giocare di contrappunto. Il film premiato al Festival di Cannes è all'apice dello stile cinematografico che ha segnato Wong Kar-wai e insieme la spinta definitiva di questo verso il manierismo. Happy Together non è un film per tutti, neppure per tutti i fan del regista. Crudo e a-romantico l'intero film è concepito attorno al concetto di dittatura dell'immagine e al suo superamento: "Penso che ascoltare sia più importante che vedere per capire davvero cosa pensano le persone"
